- Anaphase-promoting complex (APC) is homologous to the two highly conserved RING finger proteins ROC1 and ROC2. APC11 specifically interacts with APC2, a cullin-related APC subunit. ROC1 and APC11 immunocomplexes can catalyze isopeptide ligations to form polyubiquitin chains in an E1-and E2-dependent manner. Combinations of ROC/APC11 and cullin proteins potentially constitute a wide variety of ubiquitin ligases. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
