Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. May be involved in spermatogenesis and fertilization. Seems to be a non catalytic metalloprotease-like protein. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
