Weitere Details:: Claudin-11 is a 207 amino acid multipass membrane protein in the claudin family of epithelial tight junction proteins. Claudin-11 is widely expressed and is involved in epithelial remodeling during spermatogenesis and inner ear mechanotransduction. Claudin-11 is up‑regulated in some cancers. Human Claudin-11 shares 94% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat Claudin-11. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 3-25ug/ml in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human testis. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
