Weitere Details:: Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125) is a surface antigen associated with epithelial ovarian cancer. In serum, CA125 is associated with a high molecular weight glycoprotein. Published studies have indicated that elevated serum CA125 levels can be found in individuals with serious endometroid, clear-cell and undifferentiated ovarian carcinoma. This product can be used as immunogen, control and immunoassays, such as ELISA and Western Blot. Activity: As Reported Low Cross Contamination: CA 15-3, CEA, CA 19-9 Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
