Weitere Details:: Beta-Actin (42kD) is a highly conserved protein, which is able to polymerize to produce filaments. It is involved in cell motility, structure and integrity. Beta-Actin is a commonly used as a loading control for Western botting or as a housekeeping gene standard in qPCR. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:50-1:500 (0.2-2ug/ml; microwave treatment recommended). Western Blot: 1:5000 (20ng/ml). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
