Weitere Details:: Nuclear Receptor Binding SET Domain Protein 1 is encoded by the gene NSD1. NSD1 is a member of the class V-like SAM-binding methyltransferase superfamily. NSD1 is a histone methyltransferase that is capable of both negatively or positively influencing transcription, depending on the cellular context. NSD1 is expressed in the brain, kidney, spleen, skeletal muscle, thymus, and lung. Diseases associated with NSD1 include Sotos Syndrome 1 and Overgrowth Syndrome. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
