Weitere Details:: Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is made by the body after exposure to ultraviolet rays. Vitamin D increases intestinal adsorption of calcium, magnesium and phosphate and is needed for normal bone growth. In humans, Vitamin D occurs in several forms including vitamin D2 and D3. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Crossreactivity %: Vitamin D3: <3%. Vitamin D2: ~1%. 1,25(OH)2 Vit D3*: 20%. 1,25(OH)2 Vit D2*: ~2% . *The concentration in blood is very low, about 0.1%. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
