Weitere Details:: ARAP1 (angiotensin II type 1 receptor-associated protein) is an adaptor protein with ArfGAP and RhoGAP activities, containing five PH domains and ankyrin repeate. This adaptor seems to serve as a link between phosphoinositide- Arf-, and Rho-mediated cell signaling. ARAP1 supports the plasma membrane recycling of angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1) and is important also for cell-specific trafficking of pro-death receptor TRAIL-R1 (DR4) to the plasma membrane, thus promoting the TRAIL-induced apoptosis in certain cell types. ARAP1 also affects cell spreading. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot 2ug/ml Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
