Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:100-1:200 (0.5-1ug/ml) Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin): 1:50-1:100 (1-2ug/ml). Microwave treatment in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 recommended for paraffin sections Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Colon cancer Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
