Weitere Details:: Hyaluronan mediated motility receptor (HMMR) is also called Receptor for hyaluronan-mediated motility (RHAMM), Intracellular hyaluronic acid-binding protein (IHABP), and CD_antigen 168 (CD168). HMMR is involved in cell motility, and is also linked to cellular transformation and metastasis formation, regulation of extracellular-regulated kinase (ERK) activity. HMMR is expressed in breast cancer cell lines and in normal breast tissue. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 detected HMMR in 10ug of MDA-MB-435 cell lysate. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
