Weitere Details:: CD144 / VE-cadherin (cadherin 5) is the major cadherin that is present at endothelial junctions. It is also strictly endothelial specific. Under vascular permeability increasing conditions (and also in capillaries and veins) CD144 is being phosphorylated, which promotes its rapid and reversible internalization. On the contrary, binding of p120 catenin (delta1 catenin) maintains CD144 localization at the plasma membrane, which stabilizes the junction and reduces vascular permeability. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: frozen sections. Flow Cytometry: 1-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
