Elevated levels, if found in amniotic fluid, can indicate a developmental defect in the baby, and is a valuable diagnostic tumor marker. Protein: 0.9-2mg/ml (A280, E0.1%=0.52) Identity: Confirmed by Western Blot Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoassays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
