Weitere Details:: The Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigen Ag85b, also known as FbpB secreted antigen, 85-B FbpB (85B), antigen 85 complex B, mycolyl transferase 85B, fibronectin-binding protein B, or extracellular alpha-antigen, facilitates Mycobacterium attachment to host cells via fibronectin. It is also involved in maintaining cell wall integrity through the transfer of mycolyic acids (diacylglycerol acyltransferase/mycolyltransferase activity). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
