Weitere Details:: DLL4 (Delta-like 4) is one of five ligands of Notch receptors. It interacts with Notch1 and Notch4. DLL4 is up-regulated at sites of physiologic and pathologic angiogenesis, whereas its expression is low in most adult normal tissues. It is also highly expressed in human clear-cell renal carcinomas, bladder cancers, and breast cancers. Blocking the DLL4-Notch interaction seems to be a promising therapeutic approach. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1-5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
