Weitere Details:: TRAIL-R1 is a receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TRAIL. The adapter molecule FADD recruits caspase-8 to the activated receptor. The resulting death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) performs caspase-8 proteolytic activation which initiates the subsequent cascade of caspases (aspartate-specific cysteine proteases) mediating apoptosis. Promotes the activation of NF-kappaB. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Excitation (Max): 501nm Emission (Max): 523nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: ATTO 488 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
