Weitere Details:: RELM-alpha is a member to the family of adipocyte-secreted proteins called adipocytokines. It is abundantly expressed in white adipose tissue but not in preadipocytes, nor 3T3-L1 adipocytes. RELM-alpha is involved in the regulation of colonic inflammation and might be a link between colonic injury, glucose tolerance, and energy intake. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (direct or indirect): 1:5000-1:10,000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST with 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
