Weitere Details:: Three receptors for BAFF were recently identified and designated TACI, BCMA and BAFF-R. BAFF-R signaling is essential for B cell development, survival and humoral immune responses. ATTO dyes are thermally stable, resistant to environmental changes and show no significant isomerization. ATTO 647N shows red fluorescence (λabs (max): 645nm, λem (max): 669nm, εmax: 120,000). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Functional Applications. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Functional Application: Depletion of B cells in vivo. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Definition for 1 Test: 1ul in 200ul of Flow Cytometry buffer Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: ATTO 647N conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
