- GLRX5 is monothiol glutaredoxin involved in the biogenesis of iron-sulfur clusters. GLRX5 required for normal iron homeostasis. GLRX5 is required for normal regulation of hemoglobin synthesis by the iron-sulfur protein ACO1. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
