- Transcription factor T (T) is an embryonic nuclear transcription factor that binds to a specific DNA element, the palindromic T-site. It binds through a region in its N-terminus, called the T-box, and effects transcription of other genes which are required for mesoderm formation and differentiation. The T protein is expressed primarily in notochord-derived cells. Applications: Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000 Flow Cytometry: 1:200-1:400 ELISA: 1:10000 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
