- Weitere Details:
- GAP-43, also called neuromodulin, B-50, pp46 and F1, is a neuron-specific, membrane-associated phosphoprotein involved in axonal growth and found in neurons undergoing regeneration. The antiserum was raised against a synthetic C-terminal peptide of GAP-43. Absorption with 10-100 ug immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes staining. Positive control: rat duodenum.
