Reinheit:: Purified 70% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis. This protein contains both alpha- and beta-crystallin, but no gamma-crystallin as assessed by immunoblotting studies using specific antibodies.
Lagerbedingungen:: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
