- D35 is A-Class TLR9 ligand called CpG-ODN as partial S-DNA and induces high type I IFN production. D35 is useful for activation of plasmacytoid dendric cells (pDCs), induction of IFN-α from PBMCs, and activation of IFN-signal pathways but has low activity against B cells.
