Life Science Distribution company 2BScientific Limited today announces their investment into Cellexus International Limited.
An initial investment gives a % of shares in Cellexus International Limited and an agreement for 2BScientific Limited to be the sole distributor in the UK market.
With 2BScientific Limited’s extensive knowledge and expertise within the UK research reagent market and the obvious synergies between them this investment gives both companies new areas to develop and grow sales going forward. The investment comes at the right time for both companies as they put in place their long-term 5-year strategic growth plans.
