ADK8/9 specifically reacts with AAV8, AAVrh10, Anc80 and AAVrh74 and with weak affinity with AAV9 and AAVDJ, empty and full capsids. Recognizes a conformational epitope of assembled capsids. The antibody cannot be used for immunoblotting using denaturing conditions.
