- The assay recognizes natural human IL-4. To define specificity, several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1a, IL-1b, IL-10 IL-12, IFNg, IL-2, IL-6, TNFa, IL-8 and IL-13 ) This testing was performed using the equivalent human IL-4 antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
