- Hybridoma: Hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

- Reacts equally with free cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and cTnI forming complexes with other troponin components. Not affected by heparin, phosphorylation and oxidation. Recognizes an epitope located between aa169-178 of cTnI. Crossreactivity with skeletal Troponin I is < 10%.
