- This mouse tPA (single chain) has been reacted with an excess of mouse PAI-1 resulting in a 1:1 molar complex. It has been purified from the remaining PAI-1 by affinity chromatography. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
