- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoelectrophoresis, Single and Double RID, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunodiffusion. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Physischer Zustand:
- Supplied as a lyophilized powder. No preservative added. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O, mix gently. Allow to stand 5-10 minutes at RT to reach equilibrium. Dilute further in PBS.
