- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Sandwich): 0.25-1.0ug/ml (100ul/well). The detection limit is 0.2-0.4ng/well for recombinant human SCF when used with compatible secondary reagents, ELISA (Direct): 1ug/ml (100ul/well). The detection limit is 0.2-04ng/well of recombinant human SCF when used with compatible secondary reagents, Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml detects human SCF. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human SCF is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
