- This 77.5kD PKC isoform is the most abundant PKC isoform found in hematopoietic cells and is also expressed in many other tissues. It undergoes tyrosine phosphorylation and activation in response to PDGF, and is involved in TGF beta receptor and phorbol ester mediated differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:250 using AP or HRP. Immunocytochemistry: 1:250 Immunohistochemistry: 1:250; Fresh or frozen sections. Parrafin embedded or fixed tissues have not been tested. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
