- Applications: Suitable for the detection of human proinsulin in two-site enzyme immunoassay and Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: X63-Ag8-653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice. Affinity Constant: 2.6x10e-7M Recommended Pair: Suitable for use as the capture antibody. Matched to I7660-30A and I7660-30B as the detection antibodies. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
