- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Western Blot, though not tested, may potentially be used as an application. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000using ECL. PiT-1 is a ~85-90kD protein. Additional bands of ~70-72kD may represrnt the proteolytic fragments of PiT-1. ELISA: 1:10,000-50,000. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1ug/ml. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control Peptide: P4209-05: PiT 1, Mouse, Control Peptide (GLVR-1, Gibbon Leukemia Virus Receptor 1 ) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C.
