- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Neutralization. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml (using 100ul/well antibody) Detection limit of 0.2-0.4ng/well antigen. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 5ug/ml with overnight incubation at 4ºC using human pancreas adenocacinoma tissue. Heat induced antigen retrieval with sodium citrate, pH 6.0 is recommended. Neutralization: 1.2-1.8pg/ml will yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human IL-10 (1ng/ml). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Country of Origin: USA
