- A healthy non-immunized population of monkey (Rhesus) was used to collect serum. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA for coating or as a non-immune control for ELISA, Dot Blot, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

- Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 0.125M sodium borate, pH 8.0, 0.075M sodium chloride, 0.005M EDTA, 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 200ul of sterile ddH2O.
