Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 (ECL). ~45kD ELISA: 1:10,000-50,000 Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1ug/ml. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control Peptide: G3900-27 GLUT 3, Rat Control Peptide (Glucose Transporter) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
