- MCDB 131 was developed by Knedler and Ham as a reduced serum-supplemented medium for the culture of human microvascular endothelial cells. This formulation has been reported to support clonal growth of human omental microvascular cells when supplemented with 0.7% dialyzed FBS, 10ng/mL EGF, and 1ug/mL hydrocortisone. pH: As Reported Endotoxin: ≤1EU/ml Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C.
