- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Gel Super Shift Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemisty (Paraffin): 1:100. Requires heat mediated treatment of paraffin sections. We recommend the use of antigen unmasking fluid for this purpose. A two hour incubation is recommended. Western Blot: 1:2000 Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies Sheep anti Rabbit IgG: HRP Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
