- Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml using U‑87 MG human glioblastoma/astrocytoma cell line under reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml with Immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human squamous cell carcinoma. Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug/10e6 cells labels A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
