- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution In conjunction with biotylated anti-human CD40 Soluble Ligand (C2392-32G) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human CD40 Soluble Ligand. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human CD40 Soluble Ligand is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 2.5-5ug/ml staining human cervical squamous cell carcinoma. C2392-32F was incubated overnight at 4ºC. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen. Sodium citrate, pH 6, is recommended for heat induced antigen retrival. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
