Matched Pair: Coating – Conjugate: B2702-04F – B2702-04P, B2702-04Q – B2702-04P, B2702-04Q – B2702-04R; The pairs recognize the antigen in blood of patients with unstable angina and myocardial infarction. Mabs, specific to other epitopes, could also be used in sandwich immunoassay. Possible Mab combinations tested with antigen from patient's blood: B2702-04Q – B2702-04S, B2702-04D – B2702-04P, B2702-04K – B2702-04P, B2702-04T – B2702-04H, B2702-04T – B2702-04S Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
