- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 5ug/ml with an overnight incubation at 4ºC. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with DAB chromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 9 buffer is reccommended ELISA (Sandwich): 2-4ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody solution in conjunction with biotinylated anti-human Bone Morphogenetic Protein 7 (B2553-33H) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 100pg/ml of recombinant human Bone Morphogenetic Protein 7. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
