- Adiponectin, also known as adipocyte complement-related protein of 30kD (Acrp30), is secreted from adipocytes and has been implicated in energy homeostasis and obesity. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (detection): 0.5-2.0ug/ml using A0725-08F as capture antibody Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
