Molecular Weight: ~19.4kD Biological Activity: The ED50 as determined in antiviral assay using A549 human lung cancer cells infected with vesicular stomatitisvirus (VSV) is 5ng/ml. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
