Full length recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-154 from mouse Fibroblast growth factor 2, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~17.15kD Biological Activity: The ED50 as determined in a cell proliferation assay using BALB/c 3T3 cells is 0.3-1.8ng/ml. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
