- Tissue and Cell Lysis Buffer Set for ELISA is used to lyse cells and tissues under non-denaturing conditions. This set contains four different lysis buffers. The formulation for each buffer have been optimized from traditional lysis buffers. Each buffer contains surfactant, protease inhibitors and other proprietary components. Buffer Set Components: 366747A: Lysis Buffer 1. For use with membrane proteins including surface proteins and receptors 366747B: Lysis Buffer 2. For use with cytoplasmic proteins and structural proteins 366747C: Lysis Buffer 3. For use with cytoplasmic proteins, nuclear matrix proteins and membrane proteins 366747D: Lysis Buffer 4. For use with nuclear matrix proteins, endosomes and other organelle proteins. In order to avoid protein degradation, it is recommended to add 1-2mM PMSF into the Lysis Buffer before usage. Other Applications: This product is also suitable for use in SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Co-Immunpoprecipitation. Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C if product is to be used frequently, otherwise, store at -20°C . Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20ºC. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
