- Human hexosaminidase B (beta polypeptide), also known as HEXB, (GenBank Accession No. NM_000521), full length (a.a. 1-556(end)) with C-terminal FLAG-His-tags, MW = 64.9kD, expressed in a baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-556 from human HEXB at C-terminal, fused to FLAG-His-tag expressed in baculovirus infected Sf9. Molecular Weight: ~64.9kD Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
