- Lipoprotein, Low Density Receptor-Related Protein (LRP) (85kD) Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Recognizes an epitope on the extracellular domain Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions Immunohistochemistry: Frozen and paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
