- TNF-related activation-induced cytokines (TRANCE), also called RANK Ligand (RANKL, receptor activator of NF-kB ligand), osteoprotegerin ligand (OPGL), and osteoclast differentiation factor (ODF), is a member of the TNF superfamily. Mouse and human TRANCE share 85% amino acid sequence identity. TRANCE is primarily expressed in T cells and T cell rich organs, such as thymus and lymph nodes. DuoSets are designed for the analysis of cell culture supernates. Range: 78.1-5000pg/ml Specificity: Recognizes natural and recombinant human Tumor Necrosis Factor-related Activation-induced Cytokines (TRANCE). Kit Components: TRANCE capture antibody, 1x vial Biotinylated goat anti-human TRANCE detection antibody, 1x vial Recombinant human TRANCE standard, 1x 3vials Streptavidin-HRP, 1x vial Storage and Stability: Store other components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
