- For characterization of different stages of infection and very useful for the analysis of the AAV2 assembly process. This recombinant antibody recognizes the same epitope as A0868-35. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA 1:20. Dot Blot: 1:100 (0.5ug/ml; non-denaturing conditions). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
