- Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1 (VEGFR1) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is expressed primarily on endothelial cells and plays a role in vasculogenesis and angiogenesis. A soluble variant of VEGFR1 was also reported to bind VEGF and PlGF with high affinity and function as a potent VEGF antagonist. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption: 620-650nm Emission: 660-670nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
